Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fuyu.gg (the "Platform"), a browser automation service operated by an independent developer based in the United States. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

  • You may use fuyu.gg to create and execute automation scripts through a custom DSL interface.
  • All usage must comply with applicable laws and avoid disrupting any third-party platforms or services.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of automation on third-party services complies with their respective terms.
  • You agree not to use the service for abusive, malicious, or unauthorized scraping, credential stuffing, or denial-of-service activity.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that pose a risk to the platform or violate these Terms.

2. Script Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership over the scripts you create and execute using the Platform. We do not claim ownership or reuse user scripts for any purpose.

3. Account and Access

  • You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • We may suspend access to accounts that threaten platform integrity, abuse the service, or breach these Terms.

4. Credit System and Payments

  • The Platform uses a credit-based billing model. Credits are consumed based on script execution time and resource usage.
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Some user data may be shared with Stripe for payment verification purposes.
  • No refunds are offered once any portion of the purchased credits are used, even partially.
  • Unused credits may be refunded at our sole discretion within 14 days of purchase.

5. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform at any time, without prior notice.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, including account information, script logs, and usage analytics.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Any legal disputes shall be resolved under U.S. jurisdiction.

9. Username Rights

We reserve the right to reclaim, restrict, or remove usernames that:

  • Are closely associated with fuyu.gg's branding, staff, or operations (e.g. "fuyu", "admin", "support")
  • Impersonate others or suggest false affiliation
  • Violate our content guidelines or are otherwise deemed inappropriate

If a username is reclaimed, we will attempt to notify the affected user and may offer a suitable alternative.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fuyu.gg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, third-party bans, or automation failures.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
